These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Astyl mobile application and related services ("Astyl", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Zep Tepi Technologies Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using Astyl, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Astyl.

You need to be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. By creating an account you confirm that you are, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Astyl is built for adults and we market it to adults. Nothing in the app is unsuitable for a younger reader, which is why it carries an all-ages content rating.
Astyl is an AI personal stylist. It reads your profile, your body and colouring, and your stated preferences, and gives you one outfit a day — shown on you where you have given a photo. It also gives a buy-or-skip verdict on a garment you photograph, and links the pieces it recommends to retailers.
Astyl uses third-party AI providers: Google Gemini reads your text and your photos and generates the pictures; Anthropic Claude stands in if Gemini is unavailable.
The styling Astyl writes for you may be shown to other people dressing for a similar day. It is filed without your name, your account identifier or any picture. See the Privacy Policy.
You agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of photos and information you upload (your "Content"). You grant Astyl a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to process your Content solely to provide the styling service to you. We do not use your Content to train AI models or share it with anyone for marketing.
Astyl's outfit recommendations, color advice, body-type analysis, and shopping suggestions are generated by AI and provided "as is." We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose. Use your own judgment before purchasing or wearing anything Astyl suggests. Astyl is a styling tool, not professional medical, dietary, fitness, or financial advice.
Astyl links to third-party retailers (Myntra, Ajio, ASOS, etc.) for shopping. We are not responsible for the products, services, prices, availability, return policies, or content on third-party sites. Any purchase you make is solely between you and the retailer.
Where a shopping link earns Astyl a commission from the retailer, that commission comes from the retailer — the price you pay is unchanged.
Your daily outfit idea is always free. Only if you choose to preview it on your own photo, that preview uses sparks. Opening the app each day gives you enough sparks to cover one daily preview.
There is no way to buy more credit yet. When there is, its terms will be shown to you at the point of purchase, before you pay anything.
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee that Astyl will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in your region. We may suspend or modify the service at any time, including via the in-app maintenance message.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that continued service poses a risk. You may terminate by deleting your account at any time.
ASTYL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ASTYL WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR BE ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTYL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ASTYL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) ₹1,000 (or local equivalent).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astyl from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Astyl, your Content, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Astyl will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
